i was so 'sua ku' that i ask mum that day how does a scallop look like with shells..., after she bought a box of it for CNY dinners.. i never see b4.
So mummy bought another kilo of scallop with shells - just for me to see =)
Nice right? for her sua-ku daughter.
So this is it, the exterior
then the interior - lots of sand, need to peel the sides... and wash with plenty running water 
the end product - fresh, juicy, bite-size succulent scallops for my family and visitors =)
One Uncle bought us 1kg bak-gua
Bro's insurance agent bought him 1kg bak-gua
his kiddo bought him 1kg bak-gua plus those 'leng leng long long' u eat during CNY.
Da-sao's mum also bought some stuffs for us
next door neighbour gave some bak-gua and 'leng leng long long' again
No one buy me anything....!!! =(
i think we didnt buy much in the end. went CNY shopping that day and took at peep at the receipt, i think less than $80. actually just bought some tidbits that we like plus drinks... we certainly need plenty drinks... cuz too many kiddos..
I had my hair color changed. from dark brown with golden strands(after the red fade off) to dark red with honey brown strands... not so lian-ish now =) plus Vincent cut this two weird strand on the sides. And miraculously not ONE person tell me its weird/ugly. Pls tell me the truth if u find it weird... i wont kill u.. i promise.. maybe just...
This random thought came to my mind: my future husband must really love kids, can mingle with ppl well cuz socialising and small talks are so impt during gatherings like those coming up.
Tell me how not to get FAT during CNY!!!
