darn manager make L cry

the darn new manager

this is gonna be a post that only certain ppl will understand.

i seriously think that CFC isnt a good place to work at. ive heard numerous complaints abt the management, abt this and that.. and i certainly am in favour of L quitting the place and going somewhere else. Or maybe go study - what he always wanted.

today i couldnt find him when i reached, so i asked the reception to call for him.. and the recept told me that L is having some impt meeting and cant come out yet. i thot its just some routine meeting lah.. but when he came out, i saw his darkest face ever. really scared me. he told me he was in a seriously bad mood. it was the first time i saw him couldnt speak. he was trying very hard to control his emotions, and tears, eyes totally red. i kept quiet. then we went to the carpark... where no one was around, he told me the whole story. But only to see that new manager who scolded him also appear at the carpark and saw us. i think he is gonna find fault with him later.

that new asst. manager, only his second day of work today at cfc scolded L becuz of some sales commission thing, which L already gave way.
the story is like this, L's client referred someone in, but L wasnt ard when that referral came. so someone was assigned to that referral instead of L. when L return and talk to that referral, that referral agreed to sign for training and also membership, so by right, its L's client who referred a friend, so L does not have to split the membership part commission with the sales dept. but just becuz some sales consultant spoke to that referral for a while, he wanted the commission, claiming that the deal was his. Thus, L have nothing to say, he wasnt the first to speak to that referral, so he agreed to that split of commission when the sales manager talk to him abt it. that was ytd's stuff. and today, the new AM have got nothing to do, call L in and scold him for making 'trouble', knowing that he should split why didnt split and stuffs.. as if he purposely wanted to 'eat everything' himself.

after saying things out he said he is tired, very tired already. of cuz tired. i know. who wouldnt be tired, he aint made of steel u know. who can tahan a job like this, 7am - 11pm mon - fri. sat and sun also have to work. public holiday also. NO LIFE.

they are just a unreasonable bunch of people. the management sucks..
