Dinner at Khansama Tandoori Restaurant
It was a wednesday, after knock off, heading to Clarke Quay to celebrate Cloud's birthday..
was chatting with my Shifu..
Me: Last time i used to do outdoor sales.. then went Little India for Naan with my colleague. hmmm.. feel like having Naan...
Shifu: Really, want to eat now? [And the train announcement went- Little India]
Me: Huh? really arh?
Shifu: Faster lets GO!
So.... we landed at a Indian Restaurant...
Started off with the traditional indian soup Mulligatewny, Lentil Soup
Main Dish #1
Tandoori Mushroom, Big Whole Mushrooms marinated in yogurt and spices, and skew and bake in a charcoal oven.
the slightly chow-tar smell makes it addictive!

Bharwan Tomato, Whole tomato filled with mashed potato, cottage cheese, dried fruits and spices, cooked on slow fire and topped with mild gravy
i like this best!
Staple - Saffron Rice, Fragant Basmati Rice parboiled with saffron strands and oriental spices
#3 Chicken Masala
Another staple, Butter Naan =) yummy!
Authentic Indian Restaurant..
A group of Germans...
Actually most of the diners on the second level are non-indians..
Finished almost everything!
a satisfied customer =)
Then we head for Attica for Cloud's birthday celebration...
Traditionally... the birthday girl treat!
and as usual she is drunk.. nothing new!
